Always such a great time. Love the vintage concession adverts played before and between films!
So cute! Very nice, clean, small hotel complex with movie star themed rooms. Room was very nice sized and looked new. Very pleasant experience and we loved it. Away from center of town, but close to Vermont Teddy Bear Factory.
Good old school drivein. I say old school because nothing has been replace since the 80s other than the projectors and credit card machines. In some places, it gives it an nostalgic feel when you see your kids play on the swings you used to play on when you were little. But sometimes it gives it a cheap feeling, like the Men's bathroom on screen one (the only one I've ever been in). But you get two movies for the price of one, and there is something special about seeing a movie in the fresh outdoors.
A true institution. Super fun, family-friendly atmosphere. If high-fidelity reproduction is what you want, sure, stay home and wait for the Blu-Ray to come out. But you won't have as much fun watching it.
Had a decent experience, but I was double charged a week after I actually went to the drive-in. The only phone number available doesn't have voice mail, so finding somebody to talk to that could help explain the unauthorized charge was impossible. After speaking with my bank, they confirmed I was double charged. Meanwhile the drive-in blamed me (through facebook) and refused to accept that they have a problem with their system.
