LESS THAN 1 STAR!!!!!! stood me up on my delivery 4 times with no call to reschedule or a call to say their not coming! Cancelled my appliance delivery and order from Home Depot because of these asses! They delivery for large retailers....
The only company worse than GE is their delivery service....Spirit Delivery. Wasted two days this weekend...still waiting. GE and Spirit - make a great pair!
Received call from driver in the morning. Said he was on the way to my house. He never showed up. The next week I receive a call from their driver saying they are on their way to my house. He never showed up. Store I purchased from said item was delivered. It was not. I'm beyond frustrated.
This company is used by Home Depot through their contract with GE and all appliances. It is HORRIBLE. Home Depot is not responsible for having any product delivered - and have no problem saying they understand how frustrating it is but they have no control. They say please call corporate and complain. SPIRIT Trucking has terrible customer service and the drivers never show up the first time- maybe the 2nd or third. If you yell loud enough. You have to wait an HOUR each time you call their customer service # - perhaps they only have 2 reps?????. We were told our new washer and dryer would be there between 7-11 am. Nothing. We called - they are delayed by 5 hours, please wait. Called again- they are on their way should be there by 7 pm. Nothing. Called- they will still be there - 11 pm - nothing. Called again - "oh they tried to deliver but no one was home. Now have to wait until next Wednesday." Went ballistic - called HD they said Spirit can deliver to them on Wednesday and then they will deliver to us on Friday. So much more to this story but it's still being resolved. We paid someone to wait all day and night and they never showed - but said they did and we were not home. Trying to get reimbursed for paying someone to wait.......Littleton HOME DEPOT manager made good on this after I called the NE Corporate office and info was passed to them. He will be talking to Spirit and we worked out a deal. Very pleased with Home Depot but will not work with Spirit Trucking again.
