Despight being busy the staff was great. Great tires at a great price. The women in front of me was screaming her head off she couldn’t book an appointment in November in VT. Good job guys holding your resolve and keep doing your thing.

I got a great price on a set of winter tires that I ordered from Costco online. However, after not hearing from anyone, I learned they had been sitting at the Colchester location for two weeks. After being unable to speak to anyone in the department over the phone, I decided to pick them up to have installed somewhere else. Long story short, great prices, terrible service.
